REBDOLLS

The app and the interface design is very easy to use. Rebdolls as a company and customer service wise is really terrible. They sent me half of a sleep set (shirt and shorts) so I asked them to send me just the missing piece and they said no that I would have to return the piece I got before another could be sent, so I paid $12 for return shipping and then they told me they didn't have the set anymore so I was refunded the difference. (Like $8) really not worth the hassle.

I like the UI design BUT I went on the app trying to filter all womenswear by size and the filter didn't work because no results were given. I then decided to shop by category and the links connected to the buttons for the categories are incorrect because I selected Tops and it gave me the Outerwear category. I also noticed that when an item is selected, the logo is cutoff. These issues need to be fixed ASAP to make the shopping experience better and just less faulty.

Great variety of clothes for plus sizes. First time ordering, haven't received it yet so that's why I gave four stars.
