This app is horrible. I have it set in the settings to send me a text with questions so that I can keep up but they never send so I never end up using the app. I have tried contacting support and tried canceling my membership but keep getting errors so I am unable to cancel. It just auto renewed even though I tried canceling. I hate this app and would not recommend at all. Now I need to waste more time figuring out how to cancel.

Great idea, but poor execution. The app is buggy and has a variety of design issues, which makes it hard to go back and add or edit content. The text messaging feature works pretty well, but even if you go into the app to answera different question, Qeepsake will cintinue to send new ones before you get a chance to answer the previous ones, so if you get behind at all you are forced to use the app which is not well made.

Updating my review. Thankfully they were able to refund me. Also, I do agree with other reviews about questions updating and how it would be nice to reword some questions. Aside from that I do love the convenience of keep track of memories. Horrible. They never notify you when your subscription will renew so you will just get billed $100 for the year and you will be stuck with it. You can cancel your subscription, but they do not give refunds. There is no customer service either.
