44 Fitness is a good app , This app helps us for daily sports activities, and here wecan also learn new sports by our time shedule with help of trainer. I personally leraned self-defense Kudo mix martial art,with teacher Rakesh Yadav. It really helped me to invest my time for fitness and it can also helped in self-defense. This app 100% deserves more progress, and by my point of view I gave 5 Star rating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
