I don't usually rate apps. I downloaded this app because I was a bit confused on the progression. This app is fantastic. It's so good that I paid the $5 for the pro version, just to support the dev. Speaking of the dev, top notch. Shot him an email on 10/14 with an issue with the custom bar weight. He responded to my email almost immediately and pushed out an update on 10/16 to fix the issue. Would rate higher if I could.

When you fail a lift, it automatically lowers the reps next cycle, which is great, but after that it never again returns to the regular reps, and you have to set them manually each time. Aside from this, the app works well. It's a good way to quickly track your workouts.

Nice looking app, but I got a few suggestions: - Shouldn't the weight in week 2 (and following weeks) show me the weight of the past week? So far that's somehow only the case for the t3 lifts. - The summary of a training day seems to have a miscalculation involved so that the total weight of each lift is way off my estimation (maybe kg/lbs conversion could be the problem?) - Rounding seems to be strange as well (e.g. 42,5 kg gets rounded to 43,5) - Different pause timer for t1/2/3 lifts.
