It was working great for over a year, today, it quit working and says it needs a firmware update, when I Try to update it it says there's a problem with the network. Guess I'll try a hard reset and have to set up all the remotes again, if that works. Did a hard reset, now the app can't even find the device, so right now it's useless. Working again, read they had a DDOS attack. Back to 5 stars

All 4 of my remotes used to work with Google Home, but as of a few days ago, just stopped. Unlink and re-link works, and the GH says it's performing the requested action, but nothing happens. All devices still work with this app, but that's not why I bought them; if I wanted to push buttons on a remote, I'd just use the remotes that came with the TVs, etc.. Now, I have 4 useless pieces of black plastic.

biggest issue I and othera who I know use this is, when you tell alexa to turn something on it will turn the device on and then off really quick, as if its sending the signal twice really fast. it has been doing this for over a year, I am surprised it hasn't been fixed. buttons have been relearned many times, the device is sending the same IR code multiple times
