About this game

Hexpuzzle is a typical puzzle game, where you place hexagonal blocks to the table. Whenever a row or column is full, it is erased. Every placement and erasure gives you points. The game ends, when there is no more options to place the pieces.

Detail:
The goal of the game is to get as much points as possible. You earn points by placing pieces. Bigger pieces give you more points.
If you fill a line (in 3 directions possible), the line gets removed from the field. The more lines you remove at once, the more points you earn.
After you placed all pieces, new pieces are generated. The game ends, when there are no more options to place the current pieces.

How to play:
To place a piece simply press on it in the preview and drag it to the place you want to drop it. You may only place pieces on empty cells.
The point display shows you your actual points on the left and your high score on the right.

Levels:
There are several differences between the levels:
1. The size of the table
2. The number of pieces showed at once (more pieces means more options and is therefore easier)
3. The types of pieces (in the hard levels there are pieces with more edges)

In the lower difficulties, you will have a help that shows you, which lines are removed, when you hover over with a piece. In the upper difficulties there is no help on that.

I really like this game! It's challenging enough to keep you thinking, but yet it feels like the path to getting more skilled is clear. My only minor cons with this game are 1. I wish there was a way to have the pieces hover on the board without your fingers, because my fingers constantly get in the way of me seeing all angles to line up the pieces. 2. When you minimize the game and reopen, it brings you back to the difficulty menu instead of your game. But still a great game overall!

Thanks for your review. 1. I added an offset from the finger to the pieces, so you can see the surroundings. Is it too small? 2. The game should continue where it was. If it doesn't, I suppose the OS set's it to deep standby. You can change it in the energy settings. It doesn't consume any battery in background (tell me if it does, this was a bug).

Challenging simple! Works offline. Each difficulty level remembers progress separately! ⭐POINTS PER SHAPE DROPPED: +1 point for a shape made of 1 hex. +3 points for a shape of 2 hexes. +5 for 3. +8 for 4. +12 for 5. ⭐POINTS PER LINE COMPLETED WHILE DROPPING 1 SHAPE: +20 points for 1st line. +40 for 2nd line (for a total of 60 points for 2 lines). +40 for 3rd (total 100 points). +60 for 4th (total 160). +80 for 5th (total 240). +100 for 6th (total 340). +120 for 7th (total 460). Can be done! 😀

Your apps just let me jump into solving puzzles without a bunch of garbage involved. It's so very appreciated. If you ever make a nonagram app I'd jump on that in an instant. Happy to pay a one time fee to remove ads.
