Push notifications are not appearing on my phone, even though all the settings should allow this. I have to actually open the app to see the notifications, which means I sometimes miss very important time-sensitive messages from my child's preschool. When I first got the app, I didn't even know push notifications were possible because there were none. Then they were randomly activated and were appearing for a while. They randomly disappeared again. I uninstalled, reinstalled, still not working.

The system itself seems to have a lot of issues especially with Login. The updates are great but the pictures suck because im lucly if i can see any of them which is very frustrating. i have to flip through black screens and download every single one to even be able to see them. It'd be awesome if yall could fix that though!! Thats my biggest complaint on this app. Never had an issue with Billing or anything else.

Update: I did e-mail Smartcare and they responded with a fix within minutes. Wonderful customer service! Every time the app updates, or my phone updates the app stops working. The timeline doesn't update, the billing doesn't update and I get no notifications. I have uninstalled and re-installed, still doesn't work. I just get the "aw snap, something's wrong" pop-up at the bottom of the screen.
