Abysmal!! In every sense of the word. Extreme latency in bus tracking, timetables don't get updated upon disruptions to the bus service, map doesn't show the bus stops or when the buses would arrive to those stops in real time, there's no telling which bus stops are no longer covered under the Uno service, the tickets are viewable only when online, which is very inconvenient when having bad network reception. A silver-lining for using the App is to avert interacting with the rude drivers.

Updated app seems greatly improved - the bar code for the ticket is now at the top of the screen, which is better for larger screens. Usability is also better, with the link to purchased tickets now more obvious on the start page of the app, rather than buried in menus. Tentative thumbs up.

Having to show my proof of purchase email of over Β£70 for a month ticket only bought yesterday. No news on a new mobile app. Literally only just found out because I came to finally write a bad review, so I stopped, installed the new app. Lo and behold my old account is now useless. This company had no qualms letting their customers still purchase tickets on their old app without letting them know their tickets would soon become unavailable. Customer support is practically non-existent too.
