You can't create an account for HostPlus on the app, you have to go online to join. Let me know if you change that poor design because I was genuinely interested in becoming a member until you added too many steps. Your losing business with gen z for not keeping up with technology, such a huge flaw right of the bat, if you can't join on the app then what's the point of it?

Worst Super in Australia I try to withdraw my super, dur to financial hardship They won't help you, if something doesn't work on there website. They are being very complicated, because they don't want to release the super. I will definitely change super, when I get a job

The changed UI is less helpful. Pretty, but less informative. For clarity. I feel like I used to be able to see more without a lot of clicking around screens. I feel like dashboard and activity could be combined. Investment and dashboard both require clicking into sub-areas for useful detail. Investments shows my choice, but not the other options (or a comparison or something else useful). Edited to say something more helpful. Original review just said "The changed UI is awful".
