So frustrating.. it didn't recognize my fingerprint and since this happened after years of using it, I forgot the pin and had to find a branch with terminal to activate app again. When I tried to reactivate s Identity on the terminal, it said to me that I don't even have George activated. Seems it deactivated my George app too..

The fingerprint check is done by your phone and not by s Identity itself. That is why we require users to define a PIN during the initial setup, so that there's always a fallback option. (gp)

For like half a year now, whenever something has to be signed, most of the text and buttons aren't visible! I've experienced this on a Pixel 2, as well as a Pixel 7a. PLUS: To migrate to a new phone, one has to log in to the web version of George. Seriously?! I haven't used the web version in... I have NEVER used the web version. Just put it in the app!

The app works normally perfectly fine, but just recently got a mandatory update, when I was trying to log into my George (where I need sIdentity to log in). After update, sIdentity completely forgot, that this phone is activated with it, and asks for activation...from George. Where I need this amazing app to log in. How clever do you have to be to program an update which blocks the user from accessing his account unless he goes personally to a terminal? Professionalism 10/10

(gp)
