The app doesn't have an option to cancel the order, no option to speak to agents for any issues, and in terms of service, I placed an order and it was confirmed, nothing happened after that for the next 2 hours! No alerts no updates, nothing.. had to go to twitter so I can get in touch with customer service to cancel the order .. verrry bad 1st experience ..definitely not using this service again

Waiting to be acquired, they just gave up. Finally, Snoonu from Qatar comes to the rescue. Hope this makes it again UPDATE 01/06/21 - The new update is a major step forward for the UI. I have always been able to rely on Akeed for smooth meal delivery. And with the better app, I've amended my rating. -11/12/2020- As a service, I'm yet to find any major faults with Akeed. But as an app, this is a long way from being a decent app. The user experience is terrible and functionality is extremely basic

Better than Talabat in every way you can imagine. Food is hot upon delivery, no bs in delivery time, they keep improving the app based on feedback. Drivers are courteous and customer service reps are tip top, always willing to help unlike Talabat who make you regret you ordered food. 5 stars. Update: annoying notifications wont stop. 3 stars.
