Downloading Mindshine is free of charge. Full access to the whole training library is part of the yearly or lifetime subscriptions. When you decide to subscribe, you pay the price that was set for your country, which is shown in the app. The lifetime subscription is a one-time purchase. The other subscription plans are automatically renewed unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the 12 months period. Your account is charged with each new subscription period at some point within 24 hours before your subscription expires. The current subscription period can only be canceled and refunded within our 14-day money back guarantee policy. At any time, you can deactivate the automatic renewal in your settings.

This app has so much potential, but everything is behind a pay wall. They reel you in with one free experience, after having set you up for a "journey" and then you cant take the second step without an overpriced subscription. I was really excited about this app because after the initial step in setting up my account and choosing what Id like to improve, the app was very inspiring. But now... what a bummer. Not even one path can be free, with additional lessons requiring payment? What a let down.

It's only been 2 days but I Love it! I've been trying to work on myself for months and have downloaded several apps but nothing sticks. I like how these excersise are short and to the point. I've read about how writing an obiturary can create positive change and until now never took the time to try it. It really made me take a deeper look at my life. The morning mindset is great, I feel great! 10 minutes into the day and I feel more accomplished than I do at the end of a normal day.

Quick (5-10 minutes), practical tool/prompts to do the things daily that a counselor would tell you to do based on your specific needs, such as positive mindset, more productive, overcoming low self esteem, etc. You choose an activity from several prompts, then rate its helpfulness to you. So you get to personalize the program to fit your needs. One week on the free app with my husband. We are both mid-life professionals who strive to become better. It's simple & well designed.
