The app works. It's just a little slow. All the issues about it not working can be fixed relatively easily as long as you know how to clear app cache and navigate your phones settings. Security features and touch ID are available which is great, all in all no major complaints.

Months ago I was instructed to download the new app and delete the old one. That's what I did and now the new one says it's no longer accessible because it's the old app. Literally neither of the apps will work. I've tried both of them a few times. Edward Jones needs a new IT and Development team desperately. This is not the first time their software and infrastructure have caused issues.

My app is with the last version available but it shows that I need to download the new app (which is the one that I already have)! Please fix this bugs! If possible add tools to check the best options of investment and their KPIs from the last 10 years. This app only gives small information for the users, this is not enough!
