Most of the time it's fine. I'm greatful for being able to talk to my loved one. However, since the update last week I've gotten nothing but "unknown error" pop ups on the bottom of my screen and my inmate disappears from my list. I have to close the app and reopen it, sometimes multiple times, before it will show me the name again. My husband has the same issue. I also lost the ability to send pictures from my storage. It's no longer an option in my permissions to allow it. Dropped calls too.

**PLEASE FIX!!**Was liking the app for the most part until this new update. Now when I try to add videos that have been recorded on my phone, I click on "+" then "my files" and it just gives me an alert telling me to allow sharing of videos/photos but then there's no way to actually do that. even going into the settings of the app and the available permissions don't even have "files" as an option. just microphone, camera, etc. PLEASE FIX!!

This is just a review about the app, not the phone/video call service (that is a WHOLE other issue). Agree with other reviews about the September update that "fixes errors." I think the only thing added was the pop-up notification in the app. Now Everytime when I log on and my husband isn't on my contact list (no one ever is) or I can't reserve an onsite visit time a message pops up notifying me that an "unknown error occurred". Oh Really?? I feel so much better now. (Sarcasm)
