This app is good, I began to use it last year. at that time, I only use it for mobile top up. I am prepaid user of du, top-up with Payby is very fast and convenient. And recengly I find that there is a new option which can help to auto recharge. very convenient. At the same time, I find that this app has more and more fucntions. Now I can use it to pay AADC bill. Really fast and amazing. Looking forward to more functions and more incentives

Hello, I'm using payby for the past 7 months but now I having a problem since March 1, 2024 My daily cash back or balance bonus was missing and I don't know what happened it just disappeared. I hope you notice my message because I don't know if the daily cash back is still going or if it has stopped? Thank you and I look forward to your immediate response.

Worst app I've ever use transfer money internationally it's been a 6 days since I transferred money internationally still in processing on botim while call to help center they ask be patience how can I be patience worst app special for money transfer not good communication customer don't know that his transaction is on hold or not there team not contact you and your money will waste worst experience not recommended to use this app also botim
