The worst service ever. While having a problem paying with a new card for 10 AED Salik charge, I got late payment fees. When I called for assistance it was resolved, but I got charged anyway. It was refunded as credit, but they say "as an exception". I had the car for 5 months, I can't pay this! REALLY! I am not asking for favors, this is rightfully and what was promised clearly on the phone. COVERING UP for customer service mistakes doesn't really help fixing them. Step up.

Alot of hidden costs, at the beginning the app looks like a cheap alternative but after that you realize you have a limit of 30 km per hour which is ridiculous small for Dubai and you have to pay extra for every extra km and also they charged me for the Salik. In the end I would pay almost the same amount of money for a taxi.. and aswell for the amount of users of the app in Dubai, they should add more cars, quite challenging to find a car...

Thank you for providing your feedback but all the fees and pricing clearly mentioned on our app and website the same was sent on the welcome email as well , however Please reach out to us at help@ekar.me, if you have other suggestions.

App continuously crashes. I've lost multiple booked trips because of the functionality of this app. I suggest you change your procedures. Give your drivers the option of starting their trip directly from the app and not after unlocking the car. It takes multiple calls to reach an Ekar phone representative, only for them to tell you YOU'RE WRONG. My advice; use Udrive. . .
