TERRIBLE APP! First attempt to use it. Screen keep telling to see cashier. Cashier says I need to register and gave me a paper with the info. I had already registered because my phone number was recognized. Apparently he was not trained on the customer card, and it simply didn't work. I gave the card to him and told him to throw it away...its a scam :-(

All of my coins are missing. Updated the app and now nothing. I've called customer service 3 times and they tell me they can see i have 60 plus coins. Them seeing them and my phone having them are two different things. I can't redeem them if they aren't showing up on my phone. App is trash and customer service is trash...

The app tells you that you have rewards but there's no way to redeem at the pump with a phone number. So you go inside and scan and at no station does it actually work. So I have this imaginary 20 cents off a gallon I can never use. And sucks they don't have a phone number for contact to get help.
