Really poor consistency when it comes to app performance. Sporadically use the app and usually when I do it either rejects the right password or fails to allow me to purchase airtime. Even worse, there's no correspondence on reviews and updates are a rarity despite poor compatibility with newer android versions. Unreliable banking app that can't be counted on when you really need it to. Frankly if there was a rating lower than 1 star I would give it!

I don't think they know their app still exist because it's been more than a year they had an update. Today a transaction I made repeated twice but the person received only the correct amount (once). I called their office and they telling me they're looking into it and I will be giving a feedback in 48hrs. What if I need the money now? I deleted the app immediately after that.

I had a very good impression at the bank when I went there for the first time to do business. However, this app makes me feel otherwise. It simply can't work. It just closes immediately it starts. I think it deserves 0 star. I have complain several times at the bank but no one seems to be responsible. I can't tell if this review will even be read at all and responded to.
