The most unreliable service. Stopped me randomly in a pretty dangerous manner several times and out of parking zone. The only way to finish the ride was then to text support which is not fun and takes too much time. I could as well push the locked and screaming scooter into parking zone (lol, that's so nuts). The service should be a lot more client oriented to be successful. We as users should have seamless experience. Meanwhile, uninstalling the app because there are better alternatives.

as we exited the zone ( ranfom in the middle of the city center ) the scooter shot off and we had to push it for about 5 minutes, while the speaker was loud to notify that we are riding in the incorrect way ! pushing this thing when it is off is very hard and you have no possibility to ride back to the zone. furthermore you are charged for this pushing :))( extremely annoying experience. probably the worst one I ever had with scooter

Talk about a bumpy ride! Those wheels are seriously lacking some air, and those solid tires aren't helping the situation either. It's like every little dip in the road becomes a grand adventure. But hey, picture this: pop in some air-filled tires, and you're in for a seriously smooth cruise. Just so you know, the ride with Bolt? Oh, it's like gliding on a cloud compared to this!
