06/05/23 constant opt issues. Not use friendly. Please fix your OTPs so that it's easy to send data to loved ones. It's very frustrating when entering the correct digits and it tells you that the OTP is invalid. What happens in an emergency? 29/02/2024 Previously sent in a request for the Otp on the app to be fixed. It's a constant problem. One can not share data as the final step is to add the otp which the app does not accept as if you are typing the incorrect digits which is not the case.

The app has not been working for a few days now. I'm clearly not the only 1 experiencing this problem. Data is running out at a rapid rate monthly with no change of usage on my side. Requested an investigation on usage twice. Was told it would cost me and even though I agreed to the charge, have received nothing yet! Went to enquire in store re both issues. Was met with an uninterested 'worker' & no resolve or workable advice for either problem. Absolutely useless on all ends to say the least.

Disappointing to say the least. If Google gave the option to rate an app with a negative value, you would be getting it now. Whenever I want to transfer data to my other number, I have to do 1GB a day, which is pointless and a waste of time. I should have the option to transfer all of my data to my other telkom number. 2nd issue, it keeps crashing every day. As I'm writing this, it's been 3 days since the app went down, no one is saying anything about when the problem will be fixed
