Shocking App! Every time I upload a slip, it's rejected, apparently due to the same system issue that has been around for months now (despite repeated promises that it is being fixed). The arduous process to get the points allocated compounds the frustration and the multiple confirmations that the claim is being attended to are met with no action. I have been following up repeatedly since 14 December for a claim! Very poor service!

Had to come and change my review. When it started everything was going well. But now I don't get my points and I have to report on their whatsapp everytime I upload a slip as the app doesn't capture my points. It's almost annoying. You have to report an issue everytike and thrice if not more even then it takes weeks if lucky, to get your issue resolved.

I don't get any service/help anymore. I don't even have many points. I've been struggling since last year about points never getting loaded, I always have to query them before they get loaded. It's been more than a month, that no-one replies to my emails about it points not being received. Can someone from this app actually help me?I feel that I'm being ignored for some reason, it makes me wonder if this on purpose.I really feel sad about this, because you came highly recommended by other people
