The worst experience I've had with a delivery service. I placed my order at 5:25pm and only received it at 7:45, that is 2 hours and 20 minutes later. Between those hours I called the store multiple times the first instance was that it's gonna take about 40 min as the store is busy I accepted that. Waited and called the store 50 min later, asking where my order is? They said they are still waiting on a driver to collect and deliver the order to me. Driver attempted delivery at a wrong address!

Worst app ever, if I could rate 0 stars, I would. You'd rather pay the extra on Mr D. Every time I've ordered, I've had to wait 2+ hours for my order, call the store, and they can't seem to locate the driver and told just to wait. Order was never delivered. Was told they will try to improve their delivery system. Waste of time.
