Terrible app!! Never has been working for months now. Can't log in, can't reset password, doesn't accept id number, doesn't accept e-mail addresses and there's no support. Absolutely useless app. I recall this issue is here for many years. I need to give this half star rating

Very user friendly and helpful. I wish I knew about this app earlier. The other this that I have a problem with is that a DR can mark your test results and private. I don't understand how they can do this if it is your test results.

This is the worst app ever!!! Why can't I get in to see my results? No matter what, I keep on getting the log in message. Is there perhaps someone that can sort out the problem? By the way, one can't rate you guys because there is nothing to rate!
