App crashes on login. Soft freezes device. Can't view my statements or my cover details. Affinity sends mails to advertise services but doesn't supply invoices or statements. Meaning the app is the only source of truth. Seriously considering changing to another provider.

To be honest this app is disappointing, because we don't have the whole time to talk over the phone when we're sick. At least we suppose to have access through the app instead of the phone call, as registered members. But I'm not criticizing, it's just an idea to make it more convenient.l
