App works for about 2 days after you downloaded it, then it stops loading your account details. You can see it, but it says "Your details may be not be correct", indicating it cant fetch the data from the servers. And to fix it you have to reinstall the entire app. As an app developer myself I dont see how this is even possible. App is slow as hell also. Takes about 10 seconds to load my account rewards balance. Like tf??

I HATE this app. Only reason I still have the app installed is to book classes but 99% of the time when I try to book it says I'm offline, so I can't book and end up missing out cause when for some miraculous reason it actually works, the classes I want to attend is fully booked. BS app. VA really missing an opportunity to keep clients happy with not fixing the app.

Hi Tamylyn! We’re terribly sorry about the frustration. We understand the importance of booking classes smoothly and efficiently. We've noticed from time to time, this occurs between 8pm-9pm. Our development team is actively working on resolving the issue. Apologies for the inconvenience.

This is now the second time I've been logged out of my app. And when I try to log back in with the password I have stored in a password manager (and the one I registered with), it tells me it cannot log me in. I click on "Forgot Password" it says it's emailed me instructions, but nada! This is very frustrating. I usually realise this issue when I walk into the gym and sometimes this is in the evening (when their call centre is closed), so resolving this matter on the spot is not an option.
