Overally it is okay but l will have to give it 2 stars because l use visa card a lot and they do not seem to be able to help me connect my card to the mobile banking wallet.My card is not getting connected to my app and l make transactions without anywhere to check or see my balance.I went to different branches but they are all failing and l do not know what to do.l even asked online customer service and they told my to go to the nearest branch so l'm stranded and the bank itself can not do it.

Used to like this app a few years ago but as of now it consists of many inconsistents and inconveniences, it only operates once or twice per two weeks always network errors and unavailability when transacting what a shame.
