so the new app for 2020 is no longer compatible with android V6.0 ? Finding that out was a battle in itself. That and it is no longer possible to use a browser to access xplorer. I'd say you have excelled yourselves here. Managed to make community rugby opaque to anyone without the latest phone tech. Thanks for the reply and link to the web app. Unfortunately there does not seem to be a way to link in with SA rugby to see any of the fixtures or results. This is very frustrating.

All I want to do is view my sons draw and copy and paste it into a spreadsheet so I can import it into a calendar. We have four kids and two adults playing sport in this household. This sport is the only one that requires parents to register to see a draw and then provides it in a format that is completely unusable in an app that is awful. Probably a good yardstick for the state of rugby in this country.

when it works fine, but it doesn't work if you are looking for anything other than super or other branded comps. RA has made clubs use this and it's a dud. Okay, so uminstall and re-install makes a difference. Why not update automatically? I still can't get a competition ladder visible.
