Been 10 months. It is pretty good, Only major Cons is that, in the middle of workout, if you leave the App to answer the phone or if the App accidently closed, the workout what I have done until before, disappears in vein without syncing my work. In other words, the App does not save my workout if it is interrupted in the middle of the session. How frustrating!!!! **Update: it's been 24 months since I wrote the above review, but the developer does not seem to care to improve at all.

This app makes it very easy to do workouts at home, the ai gives useful information during workouts and constantly reminds the user when seconds are almost up. Though I do wish there was a setting to slow the counting in the background,it's a little fast for my taste. This is why I have deducted one star. This app is very simple and efficient. Good for one like me who tends to like exercise and could use a fresh workout now and then to feel like new.

This is an awesome app! The lady's voice alone is refreshing... Not the usual "grate on your nerves" voice. Exercises are area specific and illustrate how to do them before you begin. Also at the end of each session, you have the opportunity to make the session easier or harder depending on how you feel. (too easy? Pump it up. Too hard? Slow it down.) I also like that each day is a different routine/rotation of exercises. Great feeling when you start to sweat. Make the fat scream!
