Lights went haywire, and wouldn't react properly to the app. I used the app to turn them off. Now they won't turn on manually or using the app. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling. The app thinks it's connected to the lights but they are not synced up anymore. The app no longer lets me see my 3 individual strands either to resync everything.

Sometimes the app is a little glitchy to connect but that's my only reason for not giving 5 stars. I had an issue with the colours being reversed and found out that I must have changed the pin sequence. Thought I'd add that tip here in case anyone is about to give a bad review for incorrect colours showing. Highly recommend these products though.

Not many options for custom colors. You can have 1 solid custom color but not any kind of custom color pattern. Also most annoyingly, the app can't seem to keep my timer set. I have set the lights to go on and off at specific times and this will work successfully for a number of days, however it seems to randomly delete my timer settings and I have to manually go back into the app to reset it. Very frustrating and disappointing app to use.
