Good app, but some exercises are too tough and far too many times. For instance, in "walk the plank", I got pain in arms and felt like vomiting on 5th day itself. Better to decrease it's number from 45 to 10. And increase walking or aerobic knee exercises instead.

While doing exercises, it always skips third exercise. And then you have to restart exercise and have to jump on the third one. It would be great if you resolve this problem.
