Overall good! I like the variety of exercises that stretch muscles I seem to rarely use. You can tell that the English is not the developers' first language-- it makes the directions hard to understand sometimes, but the videos make up for it.

For the 1st day of easy part, it had some limited moves, in which not all part of the body were involved! To warm up, you need to start from head, and then moves to shoulder to hands and continues to legs and ankle. And at the beginning I don't think there should be any jumping 🤔 Sadly would uninstall 🤷‍♀️

This app helps me a lot to achieve my goal. It has to update the music for a little bit engaging one but it is totally good!
