Not a lot of ads. Easy to follow and just right for my level. When incorporated with other workout apps, I was able to see slight results and difference in my body, strength, and stamina in day 7. Note that I am fit but fell off the wagon during quarantine so it's nice to have something because I'm still in quarantine where I currently live (Vietnam). All I'll say is... Keep going and do each day in 3 sets or with other apps as well to see results.

This app switches off it doesn't stay On and besides I'll need a timer while doing the workouts. So it goes off and it's pretty annoying. Am giving it two stars cause it need adjustments

10 days in and I'm already loving this app. I really wanted to work on my waist this year amd I'm already seeing great results. The workouts are not too hard or exhausting at all. My legs burned like crazy when I first started but I think my body is getting used to the workout
