There are 2 versions of Mobile App application corresponding to 2 popular operating systems of mobile devices today:
- iOS operating system
- Android.
Each version of Mobile App has the following functions:
- Meeting the needs of citizens, businesses and organizations in registering, logging in, looking up information on administrative procedures, submitting documents online and managing their records online;
- To meet the needs of the staff processing documents quickly and conveniently; especially departmental leaders, unit leaders in handling and processing documents while on business trip or not at the office for timely handling.
