It used to work earlier, but now the app crashes on new version of Android OS phones. This app needs support for new Android OSes.

No one cares for any grievances raised on the app. My tickets were closed after 3 months without any resolution. Posted on Twitter also but no help. Pathetic.

App glitches in my galaxy note 10+ app hangs frequently and doesn't allow me to launch any complaint
