If you're logged in, it won't work the next time you use the app. The "server is unavailable" displays for things that work when you're logged out, like simple searching. This has caused me issues when I think I'm renewing a book but it fails silently or refuses to renew because of the login issue. My password manager won't work in the app. When it does prompt, it doesn't know which field is which. Side from those issues, the app works well, but I still prefer the website because of these.

You have to re-login multiple times a day, even if you've checked the box to stay logged in. Your library number is your username- who has that memorized? You can only select one book at a time to put on hold (the website you can do multiple at a time). It's glitchy and freezes up while your trying to use it. Hopefully they will fix these issues in the next version. One nice thing ots that you can link your kids' accounts to yours.

Y'all… your gd book search defaults to a search type that is often WAY too inclusive. Please offer the option to narrow the search to exact match unless you want the default of partial match. This makes using your software when attempting to search for a specific book incredibly frustrating. This may just be my lack of experience or my inability to find the option, but, I wish I could search for books between libraries in the same (system?) (district?) which would likely be insanely helpful for
