For the people reading reviews from late 2023 early 2024, the library updated their app and so the old version was not working. If you have the updated version, it works great. There are a few user interface tweaks that would make it a little bit easier, but for the most part I find everything I'm looking for and can manage my account just fine from the app.

DVD holds (A Star is Born) do not work on the new app but work on the old. Error message comes up saying "no items qualified for hold" on the new app but the hold was successfully placed on the old app immediately after. Edit: a technical update was pushed so it works now. Unfortunately it no longer allows me to log in even though I can through the website with no problem.

The app is functional but limited and slow. For instance, you can place holds easily, but it does not give you the status of your hold (in transit, pending, etc) and you cannot suspend holds. Update:4/12/23 you can now suspend holds in thr app, and it gives you the status of your holds. Upgrading my rating!
