Good job, DC Public Library. The app is responsive and its layout clean and functional. Browsing collections (physical and digital) online is effortless just as is placing items on hold. Kudos to app developers for allowing users to re-arrange the menu tabs to fit their individual needs.

Much-needed improvements that make it easy to manage your account. However, from time to time it lags for up to 30 seconds or more. Some improvements I would love to see in future versions: ability to change text/image size, and dark mode.
