Glitchy. Forces close. Even though I already signed in, I have to repeat the sign in process when I try to add a book to my list for reading. I set my preferred branch, and when I set it for pick-up, I have to re-add my location. This app is terrible! What's worse is when I try to physically visit a branch, they're always closed! No wonder why they're going out of business, they've stopped caring about those of us that still like to READ! And not on a device!

I just downloaded the app today. It was so easy to use. I took a book off of hold, I added three books to a hold. It was seamless. Plus it had some great new books for me to take a look at. It was intuitive and simply easy to use. and of course it saves me from having to get on my computer to do the same thing. I'm so glad they have this app.

Not helpful. I am not sure what service this app provides. I tried it because ICloud has been buggy lately, but although I could see my checked out books listed in this app; I couldnt access them to read them. When I looked for a help function or FAQ page, there wasnt one. Sigh.
