This app forces you to create an account to track deliveries and amend a package delivery. When I want to set delivery options (like the option to leave it in a safe place) it crashes, EVERY SINGLE TIME. So it is literally impossible to get a delivery options changed unlike any other courier. The website and chat support are equally unhelpful.

The app is near unusable. Yes you can get rough details up about your delivery (of which I was only given 2 hours notice, so wasn't at home), but you cannot add notices/instructions for the driver as the app crashes each time you select this option. I even tried creating an account, but despite doing this each time I try to log in, I am told they "cannot authenticate user". Utter rubbish.

Good but very twitchy. Back arrows top left don't go back, app login asks several times even though it logs in successfully, delivery instructions button on the consignment force close the app to crash straight out. No update / refresh on the home screen. Notifications don't work even though it's enabled via app and double checked in Google app properties.
