It's ok, I guess - but it's seems like it's just the Bluestar app, without the bluestar routes (that app has unilink routes on it). I don't know why Go Ahead, who own both brands, feel they need two apps. Specially as there's also the Breeze multi operator app that you can also get unilink tickets from; they'd be better off promoting that one!

The latest updates, with bus stops at all zoom levels and bikes availability makes the app too slow to load and update buses status. I am not sure it's worth it. There are other apps for bikes availability and you can't book one on unilink bus app so it seems useless. Similarly, bus stops at all levels not very useful.

After the recent update it stopped working. I can't use my tickets, I can't even open the app. I can only see the message that the app is closed because it has a bug. How can I use my tickets without an app? And why Unilink removed the Key card and forced us to use the app, which is much less reliable?
