Very Disappointing. I installed the app as it is apparently the only way to get installation documents which in itself is a retrograde step. I tried to log in and changed my PW twice through the reset link but every time I endeavoured to log in I get an authentication failure message. This negates the whole reason for the app. I bitterly regret purchasing the product and getting embroiled with this pathetic app and way of working. Texecom will not take the product back so I have no way to fit

A good app to support Texecom products. There are some minor bugs remaining however it is fully usable and user friendly. Resolve the minors and the tasting will become 5/5. Having all manuals available online with a decent search function allows easy reference and is easy better than providing large quantities of paper manuals that tend to get binned. That also gives a good insight into the full product range. Access to the dedicated forum is another benefit.

This app keeps causing my Android phone to freeze, no other app had ever done this before. it's a right pain to have to get a installation manual when you are fitting a Alarm Panel and no signal. Just put a Manual in the box with the Panel. "Simple"
