As advertised this app is free, simple and fast and has saved me tons of time & aggravation in a complex slog to find something I can actually eat without poisoning myself. Most helpful: teaching the concept of portion size. Displays safe amounts of potentially high FODMAP foods in grams & partially reveals which foods have what FODMAPS. Helps to minimize mistakes & "stacking."

I installed and uninstalled two other apps before finding this one. The others wanted to help me plan out a menu or find a nutritionist. But I just wanted a simple reference that I could turn to, for example, when I'm at someone's house having dinner, and I want to know whether I should eat the collard greens or avoid them; rather than having to google it all the time. This app fills the bill. It has ads but they're unintrusive.

New to FODMAP and was looking for info and answers. Came across this app, and it's been easy to use. Has wide variety of foods, and items. You can filter by categories of foods, groups, and has simple color coding (but be sure to click on to see amounts). I've shown friends too. As a newbie I'm really glad to have this app as a resource. Makes grocery shopping and going out to eat much easier.
