Not impressed with the abrupt end to the old app with no over lap to allow users chance to change apps. This left me stuck at a Scottish power charge point unable to log in using my now unrecognised log in details, unable to creat a new account as details already in use and to top it off the tap and pay service is still not working. Used a Instavolt instead which was quicker and a hell of a lot easier to use.

Why have an app?! Shouldn't be needed if the charger just allowed me to tap and go. When I set up,the app said it had sent a 6 digit code to my email. This never arrived.

In-charge stats just constantly showing zero in the app when charging the car makes it pretty useless gauging progress / cost of charge session.
