Been using this on advice of mental health support worker, who used it for herself previously. Really intuitive and helpful in a gentle manner. Guides you through what is helpful and needed to "work" through your grief. Its not a magic wand, and it is HARD to do some exercises, but nothing worthwhile is ever easy. They also offer 10% of all their paid subscriptions to people who cannot afford the price, so get in touch if you feel this would help you, but genuinely cant afford it.

I've been using the app for 6 weeks, I've followed but not completed the course, which is broken down into to easy to manage chunks, you take at your pace. I take part in the morning and evening gratitude practice most days. I've noticed a positive difference in my perspective, a reduction in anxiety and an increase in my resilience. I have experienced complicated bereavements, with unprocessed grief, and a recent bereavement prompted me to try this app. I'm very glad I did.

This feels to be a gentle, really clear and helpful guiding light to work through long held difficulties from two difficult bereavements. It has taken a little while to trust myself to the process that it leads us through, but I do now and find the interactive exercises very helpful spaces to finally face thoughts and feelings I've been avoiding for years. Thank you so much Julia and the team for creating this. I chose the 3 month option, but would recommend the open-ended one where possible.
