Quite good, could be better. They are useful, and good to have an alternative to Evri. But it would be great if you could add a note to individual parcels in the app to keep track of which ones they are. And more specific tracking than just 'it's being prepped' for most of it. Evri is better at this too. Also, I went to collect a parcel but the locker was not where it said it was, which resulted in me having to walk much further and in the dark into a dodgy area I would not choose to.

Thanks for leaving us an honest review. Good news: we'll soon add parcel naming to the app, which should make this easier for you. There's also lots of tracking improvements planned later this year - I hope you notice a big improvement! If you have an issue with a parcel you can email Customer Care help@inpost.co.uk & they'll be happy to help.

It's OK but missing a key feature: you can't check whether there is space available in a locker that you want to use to send a package. You still have to go to the website and check that manually. Also, the accuracy of locker locations can be a bit out. For example, one near me is shown on the app as about 100m from where it actually is, even though the website map has it in the right place.

Won't text me the code! There's something wrong with their system as the app won't send the code after typing my phone number. There's a definite link between waiting for the code from the Inpost company as well, I had to call their customer service. The issue was resolved eventually. Days later I've recieved the original SMS to pick up my parcel! The system is broken, unreliable service! Beware if you're waiting for a pick up code for important documents!
