I was asked to leave feedback specifically about the app. I have eaten here hundreds of times over the years. The food is arguably the best Italian in Wakefield, the staff have excellent service skills. I was directed to the app to place my order for delivery, which I was handed a leaflet for. I followed the instructions but never benefited from the 20% off the first order. Outside of this issue, the app worked perfectly fine. Just a fundamental issue with false adverts.

TERRIBLE! The USA thing most stopped us ordering. Valentino's, you will literally lose thousands in business because it is absolutely NOT clear what to do next after you've input your card details. It means going through as a guest doesn't work and it effectively forces you to register for spam. Do everything you can to avoid this! If there was any other option, we wouldn't have used it. Disgusting app and terrible that you're associated with it. Absolutely horrendous!

Great to be able to order direct from them, I love the restaurant. They do however need to sort that the country defaults to USA when putting in a UK postcode as seems to be a short sight on design
