Do not want to order food through an app and have to input my personnal details just because it's a hotel. Whatever happened to going to the bar and ordering food, or a person coming to the table to ask what you want

Not impressed by this method. I've been placed in isolation before going offshore to find I must use an app to order food according to a preset budget. But the prices of the items are such that difficulties arise trying to use the entire budget, gives no option to pay any excess and charge the maximum allowance to the room, no change given in case of underspend either. Definitely wouldn't choose a system like this, terribly wasteful including packaging. No vegan choice either.

Why am I ordering via an app for a hotel?? Why do you have a charge to room button? Because the reception just rang me to say they can't do this and I have to give the app my credit card info. Madness
