It's about as useful as the bus service itself (not very). Tracking inaccurate and often slow to load despite good connection. Frequently fails to process payments due to "unknown error", have now on several occasions had to pay more to buy the ticket on the bus because the app won't let me, no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall. Could be a good app, if only it worked properly.

Hi Sarah - thanks for getting in touch. Those issues certainly don't sound right. Our live tracking should update every 10 seconds, so it should give an accurate representation of where the bus is. Design makes it slightly difficult to navigate and is a bit confusing when compared to the other go northeast app. It doesn't show information that you want you kind of have to dig around for it for example when looking at what area a zone ticket covers or when you try to plan your journey it just shows you times but not what buses they're for until you press on it to find out. In conclusion, I think the layout needs to be a bit easier to follow and navigate like the other go northeast app

Integrating the use of mobile data needs serious optimization. There is no ability to buy multiple tickets at once (an inconvenience for commuters who like to buy a month's worth of tickets in one go). Tickets do not show an "activate by" date. (They did in the old app). The viewable timetables are not optimized for mobile devices. The old app was better. This app tries to do to much and succeeds at so little.
