Tried to extend my parking sessions twice nice now. I select the overnight option which is should be £0.45 extra. The app instead charges me a full £4.95 and opens an open parking session. Yet at 8am the next morning I get notified that my parking session is about to expire (what I selected) yet the app still shows an open session for the rest of the day. Great help and a refund from customer service first time round. Second time was a nightmare. Told to make the correct selection which I did!

MISLEADING NIGHT RATE INFO The whole purpose of having the app is to be able to pre-book parking. On searching the car park, it displays a tariff including a night rate. However, adding entry/exit times, which fall within the night rate period, the app displays the standard, full-price rate. On speaking with customer services (had to Google it, as nothing on the "contact us" section of the app or website, it seems you have to use the QR code instead of pre-booking. NOT AT ALL CLEAR! POOR!

Terrible app, do not download, zero stars if I could. I set everything up ahead of using the app later, wouldn't allow me to prebook a space and no instructions on how/when to use the app so I ended up taking a paper ticket thinking i could then use the app to make the payment and get the discount. Went to leave and have now to pay the normal price instead of the discounted app price of £5 cheaper. Feels like a con just to get people's card details and makes life more difficult.
