Since the update in March, this App hasn't worked on my mobile, which is really frustrating as I use it a lot. I have given up now! I have checked whether it is compatible on my mobile and it says it is. I have uninstalled it and then installed it again! The App keeps crashing and it isn't showing the buses. The only thing it is good for now is my bus ticket and sometimes I can get the buses times up, but that is about it. Prior to this update it was a pretty good App.

Well-written app, stable and intuitive to use. From a Product perspective I'd put the access to tickets more prominently and the search needs improving but it could also be removed as Google maps does the job much much better. Pare back and focus on what you need and don't waste Product and Engineering cycles on it. App is clearly skinned from a common base like all the gym/swimming pool apps but that's fine.

This app used to be reliable before the recent update. Now when I load the ticket, the QR code is too big it fills up the entire top half of my screen. So it doesn't get scanned in buses. It's frustrating because then I have to explain it to the driver everytime the ticket doesn't get scanned! I tried reinstalling the apo but still the issue persists. Please tell me how to fix it?

I am really sorry to hear you are having problems since the recent update. I have passed this to our developers and they are working on a fix. In the meantime drivers will allow travel as they will be able to manually check the ticket. We have made our drivers aware of the issue. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
